Initial Consultation

Taking the first step can feel daunting, Book your consultation and take the first step toward feeling better, either in person or online—where we can talk about what’s brought you to hypnotherapy and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy will be able to help. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether this approach feels right for you.

We’ll discuss the issues you’d like to address, explore how the brain works in relation to your goals, and outline what you can expect from sessions. There’s no hypnosis/trance during this initial meeting, therefore allowing space to feel heard, informed, and comfortable. If you choose to move forward, we can then arrange your first full session at a time that suits you.

Relaxation Practice Audio

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state where your mind becomes calmer and more focused, similar to daydreaming or being deeply absorbed in a book or film. You are always aware, in control, and able to stop at any time.

In this relaxed state, the nervous system settles, making it easier to access the part of the brain that learns patterns and habits. This allows the work we do in sessions to be absorbed more deeply, helping new, calmer patterns feel natural and lasting.
